A current and valid City of Calgary Police Information Check (PIC)<\/strong> is required for all coaches.<\/p>\n

The <\/em>RHC Administrator: <\/em><\/strong>\n administrator1@raidershc.ca<\/em><\/strong><\/a> <\/em><\/strong>will email you a <\/em>Voucher<\/em><\/strong> to complete your PIC online at no charge. *Do NOT pay first * <\/em><\/p>\n

IMPORTANT:<\/strong> Please submit a copy of your results to the Raiders Hockey Club Administrator once you receive them as the Admin cannot access results online from CPS.\n administrator1@raidershc.ca<\/a>\n <\/p>\n

PIC status is recorded in your Hockey Canada Registry (HCR) profile under Background Checks<\/strong>. To verify your PIC’s validity, check your HCR 3.0 Spordle account. The “Expired On”<\/strong> date\n should be May 31, 2026<\/strong> or later.<\/p>\n

IMPORTANT: <\/strong>If a current and valid PIC is not on file, Head Coaches and Assistant Coaches must provide proof of application prior to team assignment. You must save and send<\/strong> a copy of\n your results to the RHC Admin for it to be entered in your HCR account. If you don\u2019t save and send your results within 6 weeks of notification, they will expire and require re-application.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n
